**Enrollment is Acceptance of Guided Japanese Learning Policies**

Payment​​

​

-Private Classes will be billed monthly with a monthly processing fee or for the whole semester minus any processing fee for a bulk lesson discount.  Families may choose which option they would prefer.

-Group Lessons will be billed for the entire course semester to be paid in full by the invoice due date before the beginning of the course. Payment in full  reserves your learners place in class.

-When paying monthly, class payments are due before the first class of each month. A late fee of $20 will be billed for all payments made after the 10th of each month. There is an additional monthly processing fee of $10 for private pay learners who pay via monthly. There is no processing fee if paying privately for the whole semester.  Payment is processed via Zelle.

Attendance

 

 -If a learner wishes to withdraw from online lessons, a written notice of 14 days is required to receive a refund for any remaining unattended pre-paid classes following the 14 day written notice.

-Missed classes by the learner will not be refunded or pro-rated. There is an exception of one refunded absence per course semester with 24 written or call notice.

- If Sensei is absent the lesson will be refunded.

​

-There are no make-up lessons.

 IEM Families Purchase Orders​

​

- Ocean Grove families shall create one Purchase Order for the entire semester. If an Ocean Grove student withdraws before the month or semester is complete a 14-day notice must be submitted in writing. An invoice will be sent to IEM at the end of the semester. 

 

- At Guided Japanese Learning, mutual respect and harmony are expected. and parents will be treated with respect and kindness and are to reciprocate this to all other children and adults in the program. Guided Japanese Learning reserves the right to discontinue service.
